Wire Harness and Connector Quality

This is the control process for assembly and inspection. We will have 6 inspectors on board, including 1 responsible for raw material inspection, 1 for environmental inspection during the production process, 1 for on-site observation during the production process, and 3 for sampling inspections of FQC (First Article Inspection), OQC (Process Inspection), and IPQC (Workshop Inspection). For instance, during the injection molding process, there may be issues such as burrs, short shots, and indentation marks, as well as problems related to appearance and mechanical properties. Every process, including injection, compression molding, needle seat bending, glue application, ultrasonic pressing, needle seat conductivity test / conductivity test, resistance detection, appearance inspection, thermal aging test, infrared detection, high-pressure water spray test / waterproof test, salt spray test, packaging, pallet shipping, etc., will undergo 100% inspection. Each inspection will collect inspection data and submit reports to the management for follow-up. Based on the data analysis, issues will be discussed and improvement plans will be formulated.

We have a stable supplier to provide us with raw materials. To ensure the reliability of raw materials, we will conduct multiple inspections of raw materials in different cycles to control product quality.

This is a presentation of the test results for each process.
