Strict Raw Material Receiving Inspection
We adhere to ISO 9001, IEC and automotive‑industry quality standards, and fully enforce QAN/QAR material‑access requirements. Every batch of raw materials including plastics, copper, terminal plating and sealing rubber is subject to incoming inspection, ensuring stable and reliable connector quality from the source.
Precision Machining and Forming
We use high‑precision equipment for multi‑station die one‑piece stamping, including terminal springs and locking structures, with strict control over burrs and dimensional tolerances. All components are manufactured according to drawings under standardized production procedures formulated by our management team.
Surface Plating Technology
The main plating process: alkaline degreasing → pickling activation → pre‑nickel undercoat → functional plating (tin / gold / silver), for superior surface finish.



Injection & Over‑Molding
Integrated housing injection molding is carried out with precision molds, and insert molding is applied for part of the products. All wiring harness connectors adopt TPU/TPE over‑molding, which integrates the harness and connector as a single unit. It relieves stress and absorbs tension & bending force to effectively extend product service life.
Sealing‑Protection Technology
Housing sealing rings, single‑wire seals and internal cavity sealing are adopted to reach IP67 / IP68 dust‑proof and water‑proof rating. Special potting processes for certain products provide protection against moisture, oil stains and chemical corrosion.
Automated Assembly & Locking Structure
Fully‑automatic terminal‑insertion equipment and robotic arms are used for precise terminal pressing. Equipped with CPA secondary locking, error‑proof fixtures for sealing‑part assembly, and fatigue‑optimized buckle structures for enhanced stability and safety.
