Wire Harness and Connector Quality
This is the control process for assembly and inspection. We will be equipped with 6 inspectors, 1 responsible for raw material inspection, 1 responsible for environmental inspection of the production process, 1 responsible for on-site observation during production, and 3 responsible for FQC, OQC sampling inspection and IPQC inspection. For example, problems such as flash, short shot, and sink marks occur during mold injection, as well as appearance and mechanical property problems. Each process including injection molding, crimping, stamping, dimensional accuracy and wire size is inspected 100%. Inspection data will be collected for each inspection and a report will be submitted to the management for follow-up. Problems will be discussed and improvement plans will be formulated based on data analysis.
We have a stable supplier to provide us with raw materials.To ensure the reliability of raw materials, we will conduct multiple inspections of raw materials in different cycles to control product quality.
This is our product testing process.
1.We will conduct batch inspection on the plating thickness of the produced terminals.
2.Contact resistance test.
3.Conduct insertion and extraction force test on the produced products.
4.Pull-out force test.
5.Conduct salt spray test in the laboratory.
6.Inspect the applicable wire diameter of the terminal connector: thickness, size, insulation and other properties.
7.Test wire diameter continuity, stamping resistance and high temperature resistance.
8.Test plastic hardness, flame retardancy, temperature resistance and dimensional accuracy data.
1.Monitor the temperature of the mold.
2.Monitor the pressure and injection speed.
3.Terminal stamping / electroplating process.
4.Crimping tightness.
5.Pre-assembly / final assembly process.
6. IPQC: Self-inspection + Routine inspection + Special inspection
