Sealing System: Silicone sealing gaskets are provided ex-factory, meeting the protection grade of IP67 and above. The wiring inlet is equipped with an integrated sealing grommet, forming a multiple sealing structure with the shell. It is also fitted with a TPA auxiliary part, which effectively ensures the sustainability of sealing performance. Lever Latch: Based on the lever principle, it achieves quick locking of the plug and the board end, features excellent vibration resistance and exerts an anti-loosening safety effect.
Hard Silver Plated Terminal Plug Features: The hardness reaches HV 120–150, with excellent electrical conductivity. The operating temperature range is -40°C~120°C, which can effectively protect your electronic products from the impact of harsh environments.
Bolt Fixed Flange: This connector is equipped with an in-built disc-shaped flange; the positions and quantity of pin holes comply with industry specifications, achieving precise alignment with the PCB flange. Bolts and nuts are locked on the mounting surface, no welding or drilling required, with excellent adaptability. It is compatible with 2.5mm/3mm center distances and supports PCB integration. It features a firm connection, with uniform force bearing at all positions; post-period maintenance is simple and operable by a single person.
