Properly mated units withstand 1-meter water submersion and repeated washing during equipment maintenance. Voltage Ratings Operating voltage: 250V; nominal voltage: 12V/24V; Max DC voltage rating: up to 48V/250V.
Connector housings are typically made from PA66, PA46, and UL94 flame-retardant engineering plastics, boasting a wide temperature resistance range of -55°C to +125°C.Terminal are typically constructed from brass or bronze, featuring silver-plated or nickel-plated surface treatments for low-resistance, high-conductivity performance. Silver plating boosts electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance, whereas nickel plating prioritizes wear resistance and oxidation resistance.Seals components are fabricated from silicone rubber (VMQ) and fluorosilicone rubber, delivering IP67/IP69K ingress protection and resisting water submersion, high-pressure cleaning and chemical corrosion.Secondary locks and fasteners are crafted from PA66 GF10/15 and PA46 GF10, ensuring terminal steadiness and boosting connection reliability—a critical factor for heavy-duty applications.

DT & DTP Series Connectors
Both support 2–12 cavity layouts. Each rectangular plastic housing has a built-in lock and can hold multiple size 12 terminals (25A continuous current). They stand up great to vibration 20 grams and shock 50 grams.DTP Applications: Heavy-duty commercial vehicles, marine power systems, industrial power generation equipment, high-power construction machinery DT Applications: Trucks, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, industrial automation equipment. Ideal especially for safety-critical scenarios like ADAS.
HDP20 Series: Multi-Cavity Heavy-Duty Sealed Connectors Core Advantages: Featuring a composite housing with full-seal design, the multi-cavity configuration meets complex wiring requirements. It enables tool-less mating for quick installation, and allows on-site maintenance with direct seal replacement—no need for wire re-termination .
ASDD Series: High-Density Motorsport-Grade Connectors Doubles the number of terminals in the same housing size, featuring lighter weight and a 2-size reduction in planar space occupation. Equipped with conductive zinc-nickel plating and bonded seal inserts, it delivers reliable performance for critical applications.
Surface gold-plated material
Gold is a non-peeling metallic material. It does not undergo chemical reactions with corrosive substances such as oxygen in the air, nor does it turn black or rust. The gold plating layer can effectively prevent chemical reactions when in contact with the external layer.
Advantages of electrical conductivity
Compared with silver and copper, the electrical conductivity of gold is slightly weaker. However, the surface materials of silver and copper will always undergo chemical reactions with impurities such as oxygen in the air during long-term use, causing new substances to be produced on their surfaces, which blocks their electrical conductivity and signal reception stability. As a special substance, gold can remain stable for a long time and has excellent durability. The temperature resistance of gold is also very high.Disadvantages: Relatively high cost, hardness issues, etc
Problems solved in practical application scenarios:
When a car is on bumpy roads or when people are driving passionately, as a connector connecting the engine ECU, it is necessary to ensure the firmness of the connection and prevent it from loosening under severe conditions
In the braking system or the ESP of the vehicle body, the connector connecting the wheel speed sensor and the ABS pump needs to have highly reliable connection stability to ensure that the signal transmission is undifferentiated and accurately transmitted to the control unit, achieving precise braking and making safety more reliable.
Power steering
